Cancellation/Refund and Change Policy:
Written requests for cancellations must be received by May 15, 2013. Cancellations between May 16 and June 1 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations received after June 2, 2013 will NOT be honored and all registration fees will be forfeited. Invitation Letter:
Please note: Invitation letters do not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit ICOLS to assist you in obtaining a visa. ICOLS will not pay any expenses incurred by you. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to the United States. It is advisable to start the process early.
